Returns & Refunds Policy

Damaged Goods in Transit

Any goods that are damaged in transit must be reported to both the carrier and
to us on the day of delivery. In all cases, notification must be made no later
than one working day after receipt of the goods.

Incorrect, Missing or Non-Delivery of Goods

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or has not been delivered, you must
notify us as soon as possible and no later than 3 (three) days from the date of receiving your order confirmation or invoice.

Returns Eligibility

We are only able to offer a full refund for items that are returned to us:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • In the original, undamaged packaging

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you of
the outcome of your refund via phone or email within 14 days of receiving the
return.

Please note that during busy periods (including Christmas and Bank Holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
